Program Kelas Karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat yang tidak mempunyai waktu luang mengikuti pendidikan hari hari kerja. Program Kelas Karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta menyelenggarakan pendidikan untuk Jenjang Pendidikan Sarjana (S1), Pascasarjana (S2) dan Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAK).

- Waktu kuliah dapat dipilih Kelas Sore (Senin - Jumat) atau Kelas Sabtu Minggu.
- Biaya studi sangat terjangkau dan dapat diangsur sesuai kemampuan mahasiswa.
- Kampus dapat dipilih yaitu Kampus Meruya atau Kampus Menteng.
- Disediakan Bus Kampus antar jemput untuk daerah Bekasi, Depok dan Tangerang.
- Mahasiswa yang dari luar kota disediakan Penginapan (Mess)

1.  Head of Merchandise Planning & Control (Head of MPC)

 

This is a senior executive level position to be stationed in Jakarta - Indonesia. The incumbent will report directly to the Director and be responsible for the overall planning, execution and control over merchandising function mainly for the following:

 

Major Responsibility:

  • Manage the development, execute and effectively communicate financial merchandise plans and strategies to support the merchandising, marketing, and financial objectives through partnership with our merchants and management.
  • Project and re-project sales and gross margin by analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by world, department, & store level.
  • Communicate financial results, forecast, and recommendations to management and merchants regularly.
  • Present financial forecast and recommendations for open to buy regularly.
  • Manage creation of pre season assortment planning process in collaboration with merchants to develop class assortments. Liaison with merchants and planning team to ensure accurate and concise planning.

 

Qualifications:

  • Male/female, max 45 years old, opens for Expatriates.
  • Min Bachelor Degree from Reputable University in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' retail MPC management experience, including at least 5 years in senior managerial level
  • Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong business acumen

2.  Head of Store Concept/ Store Design

 

This is a senior executive level position to be stationed in Jakarta - Indonesia. The incumbent will report directly to the Director and be responsible mainly on the following:

 

Major Responsibility:

  • Research and development of concept & design of stores according to company's vision and mission.
  • Manage and coordinate with external department/divisions/agencies (Merchandising, Store Operation, Store Development, etc.) in order to have single concept & message approach to any in-store communication and planning for store opening and renovation activities.
  • Manpower management: training and exposure of new skill, in order to keep the department ahead in the innovative and creative related to the present condition of company needs for store concept services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Male/female, max 45 years old, opens for Expatriates.
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Architect/Interior design/Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design from Reputable University
  • Minimum 10 years' retail Store Development experiences, including at least 5 years in senior managerial level
  • Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong business acumen
  • Experience working in/across other geographies in (ie. Australia, North America, Europe, etc.) to leverage key relationships, processes and best practices

 

 

3.  Head of Visual Merchandising Open for expatriate

 

This is a senior executive level position to be stationed in Jakarta - Indonesia. The incumbent will report directly to the Director and be responsible mainly for the following:

 

Responsibility:

  • Set up VM direction according to company's vision and mission, develop into VM action plan for the year; set and propose the budget (operational & capital); develop general creative direction per marketing / merchandising campaign.
  • Approval on final execution manual for VM treatment to stores; determining types and style of media display purchased to enhance company image.
  • Manage and coordinate with external department/divisions/agencies (Advertising & Promotion, Merchandising, Store Operation, Store Development, etc.) in order to have single concept & message approach to any in-store communication and planning for store opening and renovation activities.
  • Manpower management: training and exposure of new skill, in order to keep the department ahead in the innovative and creative related to the present condition of company needs for VM services.
  • Giving indirect impact to sales where merchandise displayed attractively and promoted in the stores according to the direction and concept given by VM head office.
  • Provide "silent" customer service by setting the merchandise display standards and guidelines for shopping comfort.

 

Qualifications:

  • Male/female, max 45 years old, opens for Expatriates.
  • Min Bachelor Degree from Reputable University in Architect/Interior design/Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design
  • Minimum 10 years' retail VM management experience including at least 5 years in senior managerial level
  • Knowledge of the retail luxury environment and strong understanding of brand equity and architecture.
  • Strong design capabilities & knowledge; can demonstrate mastery of design skills related to product, graphic, packaging and in-store design
  • Able to set trends
  • Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong business acumen

 

4.  TRADE MARKETING HEAD

 
The requirements of this position are shown below:
  • Min 35 years of age
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent from respected / reputable University
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Pulp and Paper industries experience is preferred.
  • Familiar working in FMCGs company
  • Good leadership, result orientation, good networking and foresight skill
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English

 

 

5.  Sales Manager B2B (Bangkok, Paris, London, Austria)

 

This is a very senior position and the incumbent will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for the overall sales strategy and program for the global market including:

  • Sales performance of B2B market, Away From Home of all countries: Thailand, French, UK, Austria & European countries.
  • Develop and manage a professional business team in global market, and be accountable to a highly aggressive business revenue target
  • Formulate and execute business direction, strategy and tactics to develop targeted key accounts so as to maximize the company's sales performance and objective
  • Acquire new business and other emerging markets while further flourishing the existing strong customer base
  • Identify, develop and maintain a high level of relationship with decision makers and top executives of targeted key accounts

 

 

Requirement

 

  • Degree holder in any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage
  • At least 3- 5 years of solid experience in Sales management for similar products or consumer goods
  • Has got the experience in global exposure with proven track record in winning and developing strategic accounts of global market
  • A determined high achiever and result driver with an inborn character to win in the battle field
  • Exceptional skills and talent in communication, negotiation and presentation to build a strong relationship with top executives of key accounts
  • Strong leadership in driving the sales team with high profit growth business objectives
  • Excellent English both oral and writing.

6.  Corporate Marketing Head - Consumer Goods

 

This is a very senior position and the incumbent will report directly to the Business Unit Head and be responsible to provide the overall marketing strategic planning direction to achieve corporate goals mainly for the global market (USA, AUS, NZ, ASEAN, JP and HK).

 

 Major Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm.  Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
  • Plan and administer the firm's Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets.
  • Identify, develop and maintain a high level of relationship with decision makers and top executives of targeted key accounts
  • Develop and maintain a strong industry network to leverage the best of sales competence
  • Actively participate in cross-regional and multi-disciplinary business initiatives and projects
  • Brand Marketing and development of world class standards.
  • Organize and implement client relations

 

Qualification

  • Degree holder in any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in marketing management of consumer goods, paper and tissue products, holding a senior level capacity with proven track record in winning and developing strategic accounts of global market
  • A determined high achiever and result driver with an inborn character to win in the battle field

7.Sales Director for Global Market

(USA, Australia, New Zealand, Hongkong, Japan, Middle East & ASEAN countries)

 

This is a very senior position and the incumbent will report directly to the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director and be responsible for the overall sales strategy and program for the global market including:

  • Sales performance of all channels: Modern Market, Traditional Market, Away From Home of all countries: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Hongkong, Japan, Middle East & ASEAN countries.
  • Develop and manage a professional business team in global market, and be accountable to a highly aggressive business revenue target
  • Formulate and execute business direction, strategy and tactics to develop targeted key accounts so as to maximize the company's sales performance and objective
  • Acquire new business in USA, Australia, Middle East, and other emerging markets in Asia while further flourishing the existing strong customer base
  • Identify, develop and maintain a high level of relationship with decision makers and top executives of targeted key accounts
  • Develop and maintain a strong industry network to leverage the best of sales competence
  • Actively participate in cross-regional and multi-disciplinary business initiatives and projects
  • It's a functional responsibility. Each Country has Country Head. The Sales Director in each country will report to Country Head directly, while dotted line to Sales Director for Global Market

 

 

Requirement

 

  • Degree holder in any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in Sales management from multinational FMCG companies  look after Modern Market, Traditional Market, Away From Home
  • Has got the experience in global exposure with proven track record in winning and developing strategic accounts of global market
  • A determined high achiever and result driver with an inborn character to win in the battle field
  • With deep root and appreciation of global business practices and culture, and maintain resourceful network to excel out of the box
  • Exceptional skills and talent in communication, negotiation and presentation to build a strong relationship with top executives of key accounts
  • Strong leadership in driving the regional sales team with high profit growth business objectives
  • Excellent English both oral and writing.
