Master / Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring Business Law
Experience min. 4 years as Corporate Secretary
Understand the operation business process, regulation of tender, corporate laws & relate laws
Understand in drafting contract & legal
Good Communication, interpersonal skill & leadership
Fluent in English (oral and written)
