- Male / Female, min. 35 years old
- Master / Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring Business Law
- Experience min. 4 years as Corporate Secretary
- Understand the operation business process, regulation of tender, corporate laws & relate laws
- Understand in drafting contract & legal
- Good Communication, interpersonal skill & leadership
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Strong ability to analyze problems & offer practical solution
