Executive, Revenue Assurance – Jakarta

Jobs Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly
  • Monitor daily traffics between OCS and INTEC (Domestic & International Calls)
  • Monitor daily traffics between National Roaming, OCS, and Intec
  • Monitor consistently within daily reconciliation between MSC and OCS retail
• Monthly
  • To reconcile OCS and National Roaming in terms of hits and/or duration for voice and SMS
  • To reconcile PSA and National Roaming in terms of volume/hits for data
  • Prepare final/temporary interconnection settlement
  • Maintain interconnection summary report
  • Compare SOKI summary against finance interconnection report
  • Monitor and maintain dispute interconnection settlement before reach 6 months old
• Ad hoc
  • Validate new POI opening
  • Validate interconnection test calls results
  • Review SOKI changes
  • Prepare Request for Payment (RFP) and collection for interconnection settlement
  • Prepare CDR compare result upon dispute
  • Summarize numbering opening/changes
  • Summarize POI opening/changes

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree
• Has work experiences in telco interconnection/revenue assurance, external auditor with IT basic skill
• Detailed and has good analythical ability
• Proactive, able to work in a team but also independent

Executive, GL – Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all accruals and amortization has been recorded properly
• Ensure all AP, AR, and GL transaction into SAP recorded properly
• Monthly control of OPEX and its trend analysis
• Perform monthly revaluation on all monetary assets
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger, balance sheet, profit & loss, bank reconciliation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Maximum age of 26th years old, with 2 years experience in the same position and preferably from experience in an audit company
• Having good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation
• Strong and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• High accuracy, excellent administration skills, initiative, self-discipline, result oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Computer literate, preferably familiar with SAP
