•Masters / Bachelors in Textile Technology
•10 yrs experience in reputed product audit firms.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all products quality as per the requirement
•Setting the quality control system
•Plan the quality control system of operations
•Ensures that operations are moving as per technical specifications set for each operations
•Setting check points on crucial stages
•Documenting the rejection in each stages
•Setting the parameters for inspection
•Ensuring quality control of each product in-process, under process or in finish stage
•Knowledgeable in IQL System (International Quality Level) and other prevailing industrial quality control system
•Deputing right inspectors in particular check points and scheduling the quality control team
•Responsible for the quality of final product before delivery
