Grand Istana Rama Hotel , a four star hotel located in Kuta, Bali invites professionals to join our team in the following position :
HRD MANAGER
1.Male, min. S 1 degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology or Law
2.Minimum 5 years experience in similar position in reputable four to five star hotel in Bali
3.Familiar with Hotel Standard Operation Procedure and Indonesian Labour Law
4.Able to conduct a qualified training in human resources
5.Possess strong managerial and leadership skill, assertive and having good interpersonal skill
6.Fluent in English and computer literate
