Program Kelas Karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat yang tidak mempunyai waktu luang mengikuti pendidikan hari hari kerja. Program Kelas Karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta menyelenggarakan pendidikan untuk Jenjang Pendidikan Sarjana (S1), Pascasarjana (S2) dan Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAK).

- Waktu kuliah dapat dipilih Kelas Sore (Senin - Jumat) atau Kelas Sabtu Minggu.
- Biaya studi sangat terjangkau dan dapat diangsur sesuai kemampuan mahasiswa.
- Kampus dapat dipilih yaitu Kampus Meruya atau Kampus Menteng.
- Disediakan Bus Kampus antar jemput untuk daerah Bekasi, Depok dan Tangerang.
- Mahasiswa yang dari luar kota disediakan Penginapan (Mess)

Program Sarjana (S1):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan SMU, SMK, D3, Akademi atau yang sederajat
Program Studi: Manajemen, Akuntansi, Psikologi, Public Relation, Marketing Communications, Visual Communication, Broadcasting, Design Graphis, Arsitektur, Design Interior, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Industri, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, komunikasi

Program Profesi Akuntansi (PPAK):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan S1 Akuntansi

Program Pascasarjana (S2):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan S1, D4 atau yang sederajat
Program Studi: Magister Manajemen Keuangan, Magister Manajemen SDM, Magister Manajemen Pemasaran, Magister Manajemen Operasi/Produksi. Magister Manajemen Industri, Magister Manajemen Telekomunikasi, Magister Ilmu Komunikasi, Magister Akuntansi

VACANCY

 

 

A PMA Company in Project Management, Design, Engineering, Construction and Facility Management is looking for candidates to fill the following position:

 

 

BUSINESS  DEVELOPMENT  COORDINATOR

 

 

Responsibilities  :

 

·   Site Survey to Project and Prospect Project

·   To prepare Design with Photoshop/ Corel Draw/ 3D Max

·   To prepare Construction Drawing

·   To prepare Schedule with Microsoft Project, if needed

·   Coordination with internal team and external team (vendors, client, etc)

·   Sourcing new vendors and partners

·   Tele-marketing, prepare and update Monthly Client List Report

·   Research for new potential client for the Strategic Potential Client Report

·   To assist Business Development Manager  to prepare the Property Monthly Report

·   To update  data base for Property Data Base Report

·   To prepare Property Identification Report, if needed

·   To prepare presentation to the client

·   Able to achieve the target

 

Requirement:

 

·   Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Interior/ Civil

·   Minimum 5 years working from a well known university

·   Maximum 30 years old with a good appearance

·   Fluently to speak, listen and written English Language and it would be an advantage to speak other language

·   Able to work in a team work and under pressure

·   Able to work in a multitask and a changeable scope of work

·   Understand the Fit Out Business and Property Business

·   Able to use Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and min Auto-Cad, and Ms Project would be an advantage

·   Good internal and external coordination

·   Able to organize and prepare administrative work and filling system
