We are containerized public listed shipping company looking for qualified and highly motivated candidates for the following positions:

 

SHIP MANAGER

 

Qualification :

1. Male
2. ANT II major in Nautical or Technical from reputable institution with min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
3. Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a seaman in Shipping Company
4. Capable in operating computer program, i.e. Excel Word and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English conversation and possess good communication skill.
6. Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, Good Leadership, Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, self initiative/motivation

 

ASST. MARINE SUPERINTENDENT

 

Qualification :

1. Male
2. S1 / Bachelor degree in Marine Engineering from reputable university with min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
3. Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Shipping Company  
4. 4. Capable in operating computer program, i.e. Excel Word and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English conversation and possess good communication skill.
6. Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, Good Leadership, Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, self initiative/motivation

 

 

WELDER

 

Qualification :

1. Male
2. Senior High School Degree
3. 3 years experience using SMAW or GTAW                                        
4. Able to work under pressure, hard worker, able to work as individual or as a team 
5. Willing to be assigned on board

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

Qualification :

1. Female                                                                                                                           
2. Graduated from reputable university in any major with min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scales.
3. Has experience 1 year in marketing or CS or Secretary.
4. Good communication skill and analytical thinking, able to work under pressure, persuasive, target oriented and Customer Service oriented
5. PC Literate and Communicate in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
6. Willing to work at North Jakarta Area.

 

RECRUITMENT (CREWING) STAFF

 

Qualification :

1. Male or Female, Max 25 years old
2. Min S1 from Psychology
3. Min 1 years experience in Recruitment and Training for Human Resources.
4. Able to use psycholtest tools.
5. Strong integrity, high spirit for new challenge, high sense of responsibility with effective and efficient working attitudes.
6. Preferable live in North Jakarta area
7. Can start to work immediately will be a priority

 

HR & GA MANAGER

 

Qualification :

1. Male
2. Bachelor Degree from Law, Psychology or HR Management
3. 5 years experience in HR filed and  or 2 years in managerial position
4. Expert in HR function
5. Good communication skill
6. Has achievement in implementation HR Strategy, Performance Management, Organization Development, Training & Development
7. Honest, Objective, leadership skill, able to work under pressure, active, sociable and responsible.

 

PURCHASING MANAGER

 

Qualification :

1. Male 
2. Bachelor Degree from any discipline, preferable Management 
3. Graduated from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale                              
4. Has 5 years experience in purchasing
5. 5. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (min. Passive), computer literate, good command in English                                                                                                                                         
6. Having knowlegde and comprehension of goods specification, list of supplier,shop,vendor,contractor, having negotiation skill

 

BUNKER STAFF

 

Qualification :

1. Female
2. Bachelor degree in accounting or informatics Technology from reputable university with min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
3. Has 1 year experience in F & A
4. Has 1 year experience in shipping operation is preferable.
5. Capable in operating computer program, i.e. Excel Word and PowerPoint.
6. Able to communicate in English, possess good communication skill and clerical skill 
7. Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, good leadership, team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, self initiative/motivation

 

PURCHASING STAFF

 

Qualification :

1. Female
2. Bachelor Degree from any discipline
3. Graduated from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
4. Has 1 year experience as purchasing staff
5. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (min. Passive).
6. Good communication skill, detail, hard working, able to work under pressure
