[Head-Hunter] Urgently needed : Regional Sales Manager

 

One of the Big Multinational Company in FMCG industry, URGENTLY looking for the perfect individual to fill the following position:

Regional Sales Manager

 (Jakarta Based)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage sales territories and handled distributors, while maintaining consistently high levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse distributor manager by focusing on maximizing performance through training, motivation, inspiration, and effective supervision.

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or Business Development.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
