Program Kelas Karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat yang tidak mempunyai waktu luang mengikuti pendidikan hari hari kerja. Program Kelas Karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta menyelenggarakan pendidikan untuk Jenjang Pendidikan Sarjana (S1), Pascasarjana (S2) dan Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAK).

- Waktu kuliah dapat dipilih Kelas Sore (Senin - Jumat) atau Kelas Sabtu Minggu.
- Biaya studi sangat terjangkau dan dapat diangsur sesuai kemampuan mahasiswa.
- Kampus dapat dipilih yaitu Kampus Meruya atau Kampus Menteng.
- Disediakan Bus Kampus antar jemput untuk daerah Bekasi, Depok dan Tangerang.
- Mahasiswa yang dari luar kota disediakan Penginapan (Mess)

Program Sarjana (S1):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan SMU, SMK, D3, Akademi atau yang sederajat
Program Studi: Manajemen, Akuntansi, Psikologi, Public Relation, Marketing Communications, Visual Communication, Broadcasting, Design Graphis, Arsitektur, Design Interior, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Industri, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, komunikasi

Program Profesi Akuntansi (PPAK):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan S1 Akuntansi

Program Pascasarjana (S2):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan S1, D4 atau yang sederajat
Program Studi: Magister Manajemen Keuangan, Magister Manajemen SDM, Magister Manajemen Pemasaran, Magister Manajemen Operasi/Produksi. Magister Manajemen Industri, Magister Manajemen Telekomunikasi, Magister Ilmu Komunikasi, Magister Akuntansi

JOB VACANCY - FACILITIES MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Male,
age between 30 – 35 years old;
2. Graduated
majoring in Technical Background
3. Experience
2 – 3 years in the same field;
4. Can
operate Auto CAD

Function & Job Description:

Function: Assist
the Principal to implement, optimize, maintain and supervise the whole operational
maintenance requirements of the college.

Details of job Description as follows:
a. Building maintenance management
1. Report
the equipment, service & maintenance cases for all departments to the
Principal
2. Checks,
controls and coordinate to the property management regarding the management fee
& their services to us, etc. which has related to security, cleaning
service, maintenance & the facilities in the public area.
3. Set
up, creates and administrate all policies that related to cleanliness,
maintenance problems based on company policy and regulations.
4. Plan
and arranges procurement of building maintenance equipment, office equipment,
officer stationery, etc. based on the college's need, and arrange the
utilization and storage efficiently and effectively.
5. Arrange
and manage the equipment for the office & college so it will look nice,
convenient as a design college.
6. To
keep and maintain all the machines and the electricity materials as the other
facilities, such us the drainage/ducting water, the fire hydrant facilities,
the pipes, etc to be in good condition and can be used anytime.
7. To
arrange the routine meeting or appointment with the technicians to solve all
the problems.
8. Working
together with other department in planning and arranging program and computer
application used.
9. To
check & control for the overall building construction & maintenance,
especially during our new location, he should aware the over handle from the
contractor, developer of the building to us.

b. Purchasing
1. Arranges,
supervises implementing the purchasing system and administrate purchasing
process (together with the purchasing staff) according to purchasing procedure.
2. Coordinates
and manage purchasing, receptionist, household/messenger duties. Arranges and
coordinates to improve their work quality and efficiency.

c. Transportation
1. Arranges
and coordinates all of the aspects related to household services, such as
transportation facility, internal service, guest service, etc.

d. Out-sourcing Company
1. To
find out the out-sourcing company for the college: security, cleaning service
and engineering/maintenance companies, which are appropriate with our
activities. Make sure the price of the above companies is suitable with the
budget.
2. Arranges,
manages and coordinates the out-sourcing company, which has related to our
daily operation of the college such as, Security Company, Cleaning Service
Company and Engineering/Maintenance Company for our new location.
3. Responsible
for the daily operation of security, cleaning service and maintenance of the
college.
a. Checks, controls and coordinate with the
Security company concerning the safety of the building, always aware for the
new regulation and follow the development of the government regulation
b. Check, controls and coordinate with the
cleaning service company concerning the cleanliness inside and outside of the
building, include the sanitation and air freshener.
