[Head-Hunter] HR & GA Manager Vacancy in MNC

 

MNC is a leading integrated media and multimedia group with the focus on broadcasts and quality contents by means of technologies suitable to meet the needs of the market; we are now looking for self driven and dynamic professional to join our team as:

 

 

HR & GA MANAGER

 

In details, you will be in charge in:

• Responsible for the strategic plan of the HR & GA function. In charge of recruitment, training & development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities; formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance.
• Develop and administer the overall HR & GA programs and policies to ensure the availability and effective use of competent human resources to achieve profitability and business objectives.

To be a successful in the position, you will be:

• Male, 35 – 45 years old
• Bachelor/Master degree (will be an advantage) in any majoring
• 5 years working experience as HR & GA Manager in large domestic/multinational company
• Good track record as a people development and industrial relations
• Good understanding in Manpower regulations/ Labor Law and its implementation;
• Confident personality, communicative, conceptual thinker and negotiator
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
