The Group has been consistently engaged on major marine offshore projects for over 28 years. Our office in Jakarta is inviting dynamic individuals for the following challenging position. Project Coordinator
(Banten - BSD Tangerang) Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning of In-coming and Out-going project
- Project planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring
- Managing project documentation
- Plan tasks/project schedule
- Work in a project team and assistance to project manager
- Provide administrative support to the Project Department
- Other ah hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Diploma qualification or higher
- Independent, IT savvy and a team player
- Hardworking and Diligent
- Fast worker who is able to handle high volume of transactions and work long hours
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
- Experience in Engineering and Maritime is an advantage
- Salary up to IDR 4 million after tax
- Well spoken and written English
- Female candidate preferred
