Our client is in the Oil and Gas Drilling and related services
(seaming, cementing, logging). They are currently looking for an on
shore GM Operation Drilling & Services with 30 to 40 years of age.
Position : GM Operation of Drilling & Services
Responsibility:
• Oil and gas drilling operations services
• Trouble shooting
• Technical Commercial
• Business Development
• Safety, health and environment
• Engineering
• Operation administration
• Operation budget
• CSR and corporate affairs at the drilling location
• Managing the outsourcing company
• Report to the President Director
• Supervise a team consisting of : Minimum 50 persons per Rig (including outsourcing employees).
Deliverable on the job will be:
• Establish and execute the operation business plan
• Rig up and operate the Rig on time as sheduled
• Operate the Rig safely
• Meet the operation budget
• Maintain the Rig always in good condition
Qualifications :
• Degree in engineering (petrochemical OR other engineering background, have MBA/MM will be an advanted
• Have minimum 10 years of experience in drilling services in senior position
• Good technical knowledge
• Having managerial and people management
• Understand simple financial and administration management
