1. Corporate Sales Head - Consumer Goods
This is a very senior position and the incumbent will report directly to the Business Unit Head and be responsible to provide the overall sales strategic planning direction to achieve corporate goals mainly for the global market (USA, AUS, NZ, ASEAN, JP and HK).
2. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
(Australia & Philippines)
The incumbent will be responsible mainly to generate country sales, develop and manage marketing program, maintain high level and sustainable good relationship with the assigned markets (Australia & Philippines).

3. MARKETING MANAGER
This position's objective is to drive a progressive and sustainable increase in consumption frequency across the portfolio through an integrated range of innovative and effective consumer strategies which engage and excite the consumer and are based on relevant consumer insights and marketing intelligence. The incumbent will have direct reporting line to Marketing Director.
· Leads the development of the business plan for the portfolio, synthesizing brand strategies and plans and negotiating approval with senior level management.
· Leads the development of communication strategy for the portfolio of brands.
· Leverages company system knowledge, especially in the Asia Pacific Group and key countries to accelerate brand performance. Cascade learning's within the system and transfers best practices.
· Maintains a passion for consumer knowledge – actively seek to understand our consumers, behavior and lifestyle trends and how these can be harnessed by the brands.
· Guides the focus areas of brand monitoring to crystallize understanding of key performance results and drivers

4. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
The incumbent reports directly to the Domestic Sales & Marketing Director. This position is responsible to implement sales strategies at the assigned area to maximize profitability and market share. This position will be based in Surabaya.
Key accountabilities :
- Provides leadership in planning and developing order and quotation volumes, profit margin goals, and operating expense budgets for the assigned domestic markets.
- Plan, organizes, manages and directs all sales activities for the assigned domestic markets to achieve or exceed the planned goals for volume and margins. Makes recommendations to Domestic Sales & Marketing Director on discount and commission rates or relates incentives:
1. Recommend allocation of Sales Supports resources dependent upon given sales situation.
2. Evaluates the results being achieved and initiates organizational changes or any other corrective action necessary to improve the sales effort.
- Plans establish and maintain a sound and effective national sales organization capable of achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration and volume and margin goals.
1. Recruits and make final decision in the selection of sales personnel
2. Also makes or approves decision regarding termination of sales personnel.
- Works closely, communicates effectively and makes field visits with sales personnel to observes and evaluate their assigned territory, and their ability to serve the best interest of the company.
- Responsible for structuring sales compensation plan and overseeing their implementation.
- Personally maintains contact with major customers and prospects to close a sale, promote goodwill, or to provide a basis for continued or future business.
- Provides immediately feedback to Domestic Sales & Marketing Director on competitor's activities, pricing, product acceptance, and other factor affecting the business. Full reports on monthly basis by end of month.
- Develops new domestic territories and enters new markets as rapidly as circumstances permit and a sales organization can be recruited and established.
- Determine the level of credit worthiness of customers; effectively and efficiently control credit accounts.
- Effectively implement all marketing and sales strategy/promotion and promptly inform Domestic Sales & Marketing Director on any adverse effects.
- Serves as Regional Sales Manager in those areas lacking an assigned Regional Sales Manager. Supports sales efforts beyond assigned geographic area as requested by Domestic Sales & Marketing Director.
- Male/Female with max 40 years
- Min bachelor degree from reputable university (Master degree preferred) with any discipline, specialization in marketing will be advantage.
- Must have min 5 years experiences in Managerial level at sales / marketing position in consumer goods industry
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and good communicator,
- Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership ability and ability to be a team player at all level,
- Ability to develop and accomplished sales and target forecast
- Creative and critical thinking,
- Availability for min two weeks per month overnight travel
- Good networking,
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skill.
5. Corporate Marketing Head - Consumer Goods
This is a very senior position and the incumbent will report directly to the Business Unit Head and be responsible to provide the overall marketing strategic planning direction to achieve corporate goals mainly for the global market (USA, AUS, NZ, ASEAN, JP and HK).
