Vocational Training Manager
Role
Reporting to the General Manager Mining the successful candidate will be empowered to develop and manage a modular vocational training department to support the divisions mining business. Accountabilities of the position will be to manage and oversee site trainers, to up skill operators, maintenance and foreman personnel for approximately 3000 employees currently.
Personality & Experience
The Successful candidate will be self motivated, structured, and have a systematic approach to Vocational Training and Development processes. The ability to demonstrate consistent passion to execute the company training vision with strong communications across all project sites will be a major attribute needed to be successful in the role.
This individual must have a minimum 5 years experience as a Leader in a Vocational Training and Development Department preferably in a Mining Environment.
An Indonesian Degree or tertiary qualifications in other development orientated fields will be an advantage but not essential.
