the following requirements :
1. the candidates must be S1 Graduates or D3
2. he or she must pass the Written test taken in ILP Cibinong
3. the candidates are available for the Teacher Training Program in
ILP Headquarters
4. he or she must have attractive personalities
5. the candidates are not more than 30 years old
