- Pendidikan min. S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan

- Pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai finance coordinator atau finance supervisor

- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer

- Dapat berbahasa Inggris dengan cukup baik

KINOKUNIYA BOOKSTORES adalah sebuah toko buku internasional yang berasal dari Jepang dan mempunyai beberapa cabang di seluruh dunia termasuk Jakarta. Kami sedang mencari individu-individu yang mau bekerja keras dan belajar dengan cepat untuk menduduki posisi sebagai berikut:

I. POSISI YANG DITAWARKAN

1. CHINESE BOOK FULL-TIME STAFF (CBS)

II. TUGAS/DUTIES

1. Melayani customer yang mencari buku/majalah China/Mandarin

2. Membantu me-wrapping/bungkus buku-buku yang baru tiba di sales floor area

3. Men-display buku di rak buku yang sesuai dengan kategori buku nya

4. Menjaga kebersihan buku, rak dan area penjualan

5. Memberikan usulan untuk repeat order (berdasarkan pengamatan lapangan dan analisa sales)

6. Melayani customer yang datang menanyakan buku atau produk lainnya

III. PERSYARATAN:

1. Minimum SMU (High School) graduate

2. Mampu berbicara dan membaca huruf Mandarin

5. Mampu menggunakan program komputer MS Office

6. Berusia antara 19-30 tahun

8. Bersedia bekerja dengan system shift

9. Bersedia untuk bekerja pada hari libur/sabtu/minggu

10. Interpersonal skills yang kuat, teliti, dapat bekerja dalam tim maupun secara independen, mau belajar tentang hal-hal baru, proactif-responsif-sabar-ceria dalam melayani customer dan melaksanakan tugas, customer-oriented, sikap profesional dalam kerja dan penampilan.

A non government organization located in Bintaro (Jakarta) requires a candidate for Finance & Accounting Staff.

General requirement :

Ø Trustworthy (most important)

Ø Independent and able to work with minimum supervised

Ø 0-2 years experience in accounting &Finance department

Ø Familiar with financial reporting (balance sheet, profit & loss statements and cash flows)

Ø Familiar with managing day-to-day cash flows, petty cash management, dealing with bank, bank account management, salary payment

Ø responsible for the office and hospice accounting and financial reporting

Ø responsible for bank account management (such as investments in SBI, fixed deposits, transfers etc)

Ø responsible for management of donor’s accounts at fundraising events (recording and reporting)

Ø Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university

Ø Computer literate specifically MS Excel, Word and Internet.
